THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our Legal team protects TechInsights’ interests while helping the business move quickly. We support Sales, Finance, Product, and Procurement on the agreements behind our customer, vendor, and partner relationships.

We’re looking for a Contract Manager to join us in Denver. You’ll manage a steady volume of agreements from intake to signature, keep our contract records accurate and easy to find, and help us build a faster, smarter contracting process. If you like detailed work, clear communication, and seeing deals close, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Draft, review, and negotiate standard agreements, including NDAs, customer subscription and data licensing agreements, and vendor and procurement contracts, using approved templates and playbooks
  • Manage multiple contracts at once from intake through execution, prioritizing requests based on business needs
  • Prepare first drafts, redlines, issue lists, and key-term summaries for complex, high-value, and non-standard agreements
  • Spot contractual risks and deviations from standard positions, such as liability, indemnification, intellectual property and data usage rights, and confidentiality, and escalate them with context and recommended approaches
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and Procurement to gather deal information, clarify commercial terms, and keep contracts moving to signature
  • Maintain our contract repository and contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools so executed agreements, amendments, and key terms are accurate and searchable
  • Track obligations, renewal and termination dates, and compliance requirements, and flag upcoming deadlines and post-signature issues to stakeholders
  • Serve as a first point of contact for routine contract questions and explain standard terms and the contracting process in plain language
  • Help maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks, and recommend improvements to workflows and turnaround times
  • Support broader legal work, including compliance initiatives, policy updates, corporate records, and coordination with external counsel
  • Use AI and LLM tools to improve contract review, drafting, and analysis, and share what works with the team

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Paralegal certification or a contract management certification, such as CCCM, is an asset
  • 3 to 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements in a legal, contracts, or procurement role
  • Working knowledge of common commercial contract terms, including limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, confidentiality, and data protection
  • Experience with CLM systems and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience using AI and LLM tools for contract review, redlining, clause comparison, or obligation tracking
  • Experience with SaaS, subscription, or data licensing agreements is an asset
  • An understanding of how contract terms affect revenue, finance, and operations
  • Sound judgment: you handle routine matters on your own and know when to escalate
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear, professional communication with internal stakeholders and external counterparties
  • A collaborative, responsive working style with legal colleagues, external counsel, and business partners

As part of the recruitment process for this position, you will be required to submit your latest citizenship and/or permanent residency information. This information will be used to comply with U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations.
