Senior Lead PHP Back-End Developer

We are seeking to hire a Senior / Lead Back-End PHP Developer.

6-12 month contract position. Remote work- must be living in the USA. No C2C

The PHP Developer’s role is to design, develop, test, analyze, and maintain software solutions in support of the achievement of business requirements. Direct leadership of both internal and contractor team members will be part of your daily focus. This includes designing, writing, coding, testing, and analyzing new and existing software programs and applications.

Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:

• 8-10 years’ experience
• Expert experience with PHP, CodeIgniter, Laravel
• This position requires 4+ years of "Lead" experience. Leading small teams of 3-6 engineers
• Strong Azure experience
• Strong experience with Docker
• Strong practitioner of Agile methodology applications to SDLC
• experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues
• Understand principles and best practices of RESTful development

Databases: MSSQL, MySQL

• Leverage JavaScript Frameworks like React.JS, jQuery and Angular
• Experienced with CICD, Pipelines, Jenkins, GIT, versioning and release management best practices
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows, Composer and IIS Setup
