Original job description
Seeking to hire an AI centric Technical Product Manager.
This role requires a US Cit or Green Card Holder (No C2C).
Must have 5+ years working as an AI Technical Product Manager (AI TPM). Seeking someone that is a specialized product leader who bridges the gap between artificial intelligence technology, engineering teams, and business goals. Unlike traditional product managers who focus mainly on deterministic software features,
Must have professional experience working as an AI TPM, where you have managed probabilistic systems where outputs can vary, requiring a deep focus on data, model behavior, and evaluation
You will own the product lifecycle from discovery and prototyping through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. Working closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams, youll decide where AI creates meaningful value, define what success looks like, and guide delivery against measurable outcomes.
This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable exploring APIs, analyzing data, building lightweight prototypes, and using AI tools to accelerate your own work while applying sound judgment to their outputs.
Responsibilities:
Set product direction. Identify customer problems, assess opportunities, and prioritize a roadmap based on user value, business impact, feasibility, and cost.
Translate needs into clear requirements. Write product briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans that give teams a shared understanding of what to build and why.
Shape technical decisions. Partner with engineers on model selection, data access, integrations, retrieval, and agent workflows. Evaluate tradeoffs among quality, latency, reliability, and operating cost.
Prototype and validate. Test assumptions with users through lightweight experiments before committing to larger investments.
Define AI quality. Establish representative evaluation cases, release thresholds, human review requirements, and fallback behavior. Track failures and use the findings to improve the product.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of relevant Product Management experience, including ownership of technically complex products.
MUST HAVE: Experience taking an AI or machine learning capability from experimentation into production and improving it after launch.
Practical understanding of large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, and their limitations.
Technical fluency with APIs, software architecture, data flows, and cloud services.
Ability to analyze product data using SQL or comparable tools.
Experience designing experiments and evaluating both product performance and AI output quality.
Clear written communication and the ability to align stakeholders around priorities and tradeoffs.
Regular use of AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, or product delivery, with a disciplined approach to verification.
