Mid-Level Management Analyst

TMB is seeking a Mid-Level Management Analyst to lead management consulting and organizational improvement initiatives supporting Navy customers at NSWC Port Hueneme Division (PHD). This position is contingent on award of a task order from the Warfare Center.

Responsibilities

• Lead management analysis projects and organizational studies.
• Design and implement performance measurement systems.
• Conduct comprehensive business process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder working groups.
• Develop recommendations and present findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational improvement efforts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
