As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you’ll help Members secure the best residential mortgage and refinance solutions available - from new construction loans to Freddie/Fannie and specialized First Responder/Teacher programs. You’ll be backed by a supportive team of in-house processors and underwriters, so you can close loans faster and earn more. Even better? 🏆 What You’ll Do:

• Work with credit union Members to offer tailored mortgage and refinance solutions.
• Develop relationships with branch staff, realtors, and business partners to generate loans.
• Provide expert guidance and outstanding service throughout the lending process.

👤 We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience originating residential mortgage loans
• Proven ability to grow and maintain a referral network
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations and guidelines
• A customer-first mindset with documentation of past production success
