Job Description:

• Submits approved invoices to the accounting department for processing.
• Manages conflicts and resolves issues assertively and effectively.
• Achieves and exceeds monthly budgeted sales goals.
• Oversees day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Manages stock levels and makes key decisions about inventory control.
• Analyzes sales figures to forecast future sales and maximize profits.
• Utilizes information technology for recording sales figures and data analysis.
• Researches and implements new strategies to improve sales and meet customer demands.
• Addresses staffing issues, including hiring, training, and development.
• Responds to customer complaints and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Negotiates with vendors regarding pricing, costs, and shipping terms.
• Handles timekeeping and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent customer Service skills [Required]
• Excellent written & oral communication [Required]
• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) [Required]

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• Associate [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• in marketing or related area

Work Experience:

• 3+ experience [Required]
• Experience in both retail and management [Required]

Pay Range:

$45,656.00 - $84,905.60 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
