Assembler

Responsibilities or job duties: - Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, speed, tension, and material flow - Load raw materials and ensure proper mixing, feeding, and handling throughout the production process. - Good hand -eye coordination - Lift up to 25 - 30lbs - Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion and winding machines. - Must be able to stand and walk on cement surfaces for the duration of the shift. - Ability to read measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) - Experience using small wrenches and other hand tools. - Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
