Elementary Teacher

The Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn Community School District is looking for qualified applicants to fill an Elementary Classroom Teacher position to start immediatly. Applications will be accepted from December graduates, contingent upon obtaining a valid teaching license.

The HMS Elementary School serves 250 students in grades Preschool-4th grade and is located in Hartley, IA. The HMS School District uses the PLC framework to collaborate, collect data and plan for student success. We are located in beautiful Northwest Iowa, just 30 minutes south of the Minnesota border and 30 minutes away from the Iowa Great Lakes/Okoboji area, 1 hour and 20 minutes from Sioux City, and 1 hour and 40 minutes from Sioux Falls, SD.

HMS offers a very competitive starting salary and benefit package. Salary and benefits will be discussed based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
