The Interstate 35 Community School District is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic individual to join our phenomenal Daycare team as a Daycare Associate.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to help create a positive, welcoming environment where students feel safe, supported and valued. As a member of our daycare team, you will play an important role in creating meaningful experiences for the children in our care while working alongside a supportive school community.

What You'll Do

As a Daycare Associate, you will:

• Build positive relationships with children through engaging, encouraging, and age-appropriate interactions.
• Provide attentive supervision while helping ensure a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
• Create a fun and engaging atmosphere where children can learn, play and develop important social skills
• Help children work through conflicts using positive, respectful, and age-appropriate guidance.
• Partner with parents and guardians by warmly greeting families during student pick-up and answering questions as needed.
• Help maintain a clean and organized daycare environment so our space is welcoming and ready for children each day.
• Be part of a team that is committed to providing high-quality care and a positive experience for every child.
