Bartender

Job Summary: Tawas Bay Beach Resort is seeking energetic and friendly Seasonal Bartender to join our team at Bikinis Bar, our outdoor tiki bar located right on the beach. This fast-paced, fun environment requires individuals who thrive in a social setting and are committed to providing excellent customer service while creating a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and engaging way - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance - Handle cash and process payments accurately - Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed - Follow all Michigan liquor laws and health/safety regulations - Work as part of a team to ensure a positive guest experience Qualifications: - Previous bar tending or food service experience preferred, but not required - Must be at least 18 years old (21 preferred for alcohol service experience) - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment - Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Working Conditions: - Outdoor beach setting with exposure to sun and varying weather conditions - Standing for extended periods of time - Lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ::: {tabindex="216"} :::
