Immediate Openings for Production and Manufacturing Positions Location: Beaver Dam. WI Pay: Starting up to $24.20/hour for Machine Operators and $22.50/hour for Production Inspectors Hours: Full-Time | 2nd and 3rd Shift Kickstart Your Manufacturing Career with Centro - We'll Train You! Key responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Produce, inspect, trim, assemble, and finish molded plastic products to high degree of quality
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete production tasks
• Perform quality inspections
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Follow Safety Standards
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production schedules and customer expectations

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, move materials, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety requirements
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience or working with equipment and tools is a plus-but not required!
