Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve manufacturing fixtures, tools, and workstations
• Assist with equipment installations and facility setup projects
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and processing issues using root cause analysis
• Perform fabrication, welding, machining, and mechanical tasks
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, and quality
• Assist with CNC programming and engineering projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of applicable manufacturing, mechanical, or engineering experience
• MIG welding experience required; TIG welding preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Experience using hand and power tools
• AutoCAD, CNC, machining, or manufacturing engineering experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
