🧾 Job Description Industry: Metal Fabrication / Manufacturing Location: North Royalton, Ohio 🔧 Position Details Role: Fabricator Type: Temp-to-hire (6 months) Pay Rate
- $17–$25 per hour, based on experience
- Shift differential: +$0.50/hr on 2nd shift, +$1.00/hr on 3rd shift

📅 Schedule
- Full-time with overtime available
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- 2nd shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 3rd shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- New hires start on day shift and may move to 3rd shift later
📋 Job Responsibilities
- Perform welding and metal fabrication work
- Work with sheet metal
- Follow all safety procedures
- Keep the work area clean and organized
