Program Manager (New York)

Reports to: VP of Sales and Marketing Location: Monroe County, New York

Job Overview:

As a Program Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of assigned programs, from initiation through delivery, ensuring all contractual requirements are met on time and within budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing their expectations and delivering direct technical support while coordinating across internal teams and multiple subcontractors. You will manage supply and demand plans to keep deliverables on track, coordinate and deliver quotations to the sales organization and customers, and make decisions that directly affect program schedules and resource expenditures. You will also support business growth by maintaining the current book of business and developing strong internal and external relationships.

Background Profile:

• 2+ years of program management experience
• Experience in the defense industry and government contracts
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Project, and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline preferred

Benefits, Compensation, & Features:

• $90,000 to $100,000
