Proactively follow up on actions and blockers, escalating issues and decisions when appropriate.
Provide management with clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and required decisions.
Prepare executive status updates, Steering Committee materials, meeting summaries, and decision logs.
Build alignment across Business and IT teams and support changes in priorities, processes, and ways of working.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer science, Engineering, Finance or Quantitative finance
Proven experience managing or coordinating large, complex transformation programs involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Experience supporting ETRM implementation, migration, or replacement programs.
A good understanding of energy trading organizations and their front-to-back operating model.
Ability to identify dependencies across business functions and technology teams and engage the relevant stakeholders.
Strong planning, governance, and follow-up skills, with a proactive approach to managing actions and deadlines.
