  • Follow documented procedures and workflows to ensure consistent application processing.
  • Collaborate with call center staff who assist applicants and answer program-related questions.
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while managing seasonal fluctuations in workload.
  • Participate in required training and onboarding activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in data entry, document processing, administrative support, customer service, eligibility review, case management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to review information, identify discrepancies, and follow established business processes.
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and web-based applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar case management/customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Prior experience in data quality, document verification, eligibility determination support, or administrative processing environments.
  • Experience working in high-volume processing environments.

Pay Range:

Pay range is $15-17/hour. This pay range is based on qualifications and experience, and assumes all role requirements are met.

Why Apply:

This fully remote role offers the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful government assistance program that helps residents access vital energy support. You'll work within a collaborative team environment, supporting critical operations during peak seasons, with the flexibility of working from anywhere during Mountain Time business hours.
