We operate retail stores in all 50 states and Canada. Our U.S. retail stores are operated under the brand names of Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, Men’s Wearhouse and Tux, and K&G Fashion. Our Canadian stores are operated under the brand name of Moores in ten provinces. Our purpose is to help people love the way they look and feel for their most important moments. We help fulfill this purpose by valuing differences and knowing they make us better and showing up with courage to always do the right thing. If you want to make a difference, be part of a great team and grow, you might be a perfect fit.

About the Job We currently have an exciting remote opportunity for a Test & Learn Analyst II to join the Tailored Brands Enterprise Analytics team. The Enterprise Analytics team is central to our data-forward strategy, driving insights into every aspect of our business, supporting stakeholders across the organization, and creating a legendary customer experience. The Test & Learn Analyst II will independently lead complex test-and-learn engagements with stakeholders across the business - translating strategic questions into rigorous experimental designs, analyzing results, and delivering recommendations that improve business strategies and decision-making. You will apply stakeholder management, data processing, statistical analysis, and storytelling skills to produce high-quality work with measurable business impact. You’ll partner with senior leaders to evaluate performance, recommend tradeoffs among tactics, and contribute to identifying and prioritizing high-impact testing opportunities.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end test-and-learn engagements for complex, high-impact business questions, translating ambiguous stakeholder needs into clear hypotheses, measurement plans, and actionable test strategies.
  • Independently design and evaluate statistically sound experiments, including test-cell strategy, success metrics, sample considerations, and interpretation of results; clearly communicate assumptions, risks, and limitations.
  • Proactively identify, size, and prioritize test opportunities through exploratory and ad-hoc analysis, connecting findings to customer, financial, and operational outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in test-planning forums, influencing stakeholders on experimental best practices while balancing methodological rigor with practical business constraints.
  • Develop executive-ready narratives, visualizations, and recommendations that make complex results clear and drive alignment and action across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner across Analytics to standardize methodologies, share reusable assets and learnings, and strengthen enterprise experimentation capabilities.

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience, or master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in analytics, experimentation, strategy, or a related field, with a demonstrated record of independently leading and presenting complex cross-functional projects.
  • Strong experience with experimentation and statistical analysis platforms, with a preference for hands-on experience using Mastercard Test & Learn (formerly APT), including designing, executing, and interpreting analyses to inform business optimization and decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge of A/B testing and experimental design, including hypothesis development, test/control construction, measurement strategy, statistical significance, and common sources of bias.
  • Demonstrated ability to frame ambiguous business problems, synthesize multiple data sources, and develop strategic, evidence-based recommendations that address root causes and improve performance.
  • Working knowledge of applied statistics and analytical methods, including segmentation, regression, hypothesis testing, and causal inference, with the ability to engage in technical discussions, interpret analytical findings, and translate results into actionable business recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate complex technical findings into concise, compelling business narratives.
  • Advanced SQL fluency, including complex queries, data validation, and transformation of large datasets; ability to independently diagnose data-quality issues and partner on solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills; effective at aligning business, analytics, engineering, and third party partners around shared objectives and decisions.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-complexity analytics projects from scoping through recommendation, including methodology development, scenario analysis, strategic guidance, and executive presentations.
  • High degree of analytical judgment and intellectual curiosity, including confidence to challenge assumptions, quantify uncertainty, and clearly communicate limitations when data is incomplete or imperfect.

Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We encourage you to apply if you can meet most of the requirements and are comfortable opening a dialog to be considered.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates from a remote office location with the ability for occasional travel for team meetings and events.
