Assistant General Manager

Help lead TACO NACO KC through restaurant service, pickup orders, and busy neighborhood days across Overland Park, State Line, and Westport. Working with the General Manager, you will coach the team, stay visible during service, and keep food and hospitality consistent. What you’ll do

• Lead opening, service, and closing shifts, including staffing assignments, breaks, and handoffs.
• Coach and train team members across the kitchen, counter, and service areas.
• Watch food quality, speed, cleanliness, safety, and order accuracy.
• Resolve guest concerns thoughtfully and keep communication clear across stations.
• Support hiring, schedules, ordering, inventory counts, labor planning, and waste control.
• Complete daily reports and administrative work, then bring practical improvements to the General Manager. A college degree is not required.
