QA Test Engineer

We are looking for a QA Test Engineer to join our quality team and help us ship reliable software. In this role you will design and run test plans, write and maintain automated tests for web and API features, report defects clearly with steps to reproduce, and work closely with developers and product owners during each release. A typical day includes reviewing new user stories, building test cases, running regression suites, investigating failures, and confirming fixes before deployment. You will also help improve our test processes, keep our test environments stable, and share quality metrics with the wider team. The role is hybrid, with some days in the New York office and some from home, and offers the chance to grow into test automation and quality leadership. You will also own the automated regression suite for our payments features.

3+ years of software testing experience. Experience with API testing and test automation. Good written communication. Familiarity with Agile teams, Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and performance testing (JMeter or similar).
