Sr Unified Communications (UC) Engineer

Job Title: Sr Unified Communications (UC) Engineer Location: Springfield, VA Type: Direct Hire- Salary range: 175-200K Work Model: Onsite Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the UC operations team to troubleshoot and resolve unified communications issues.
• Provide hands-on operational support for Cisco UC and collaboration platforms, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• Mentor and upskill team members as they investigate and resolve UC issues.
• Serve as the senior technical advisor on UC architecture and design decisions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on background in Cisco unified communications, including CUCM and the Cisco collaboration stack.
• Ability to diagnose operational UC issues and guide effective technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and advising on UC architecture and design.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph is required.
