Experience

• 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application development
• Demonstrated progression from senior software engineer into architecture, technical leadership, or enterprise solution design roles
• Experience designing enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications supporting complex business environments
• Proven success leading architecture decisions across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams Technical Expertise Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions utilizing technologies such as:

• Observability and monitoring platforms (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.)
• Experience within financial services, government, healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery environments
• Technical leadership across geographically distributed engineering organizations
