Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with established quality standards and project requirements.

Provide quality oversight for large-scale construction, renewable energy, and power generation projects.
Identify quality risks, deficiencies, and potential areas of non-compliance.
Work with project teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns and drive corrective actions.
Serve as a subject matter expert and quality champion throughout the project lifecycle.
Support continuous improvement of project quality processes and standards.
Communicate quality expectations, findings, and recommendations clearly to project stakeholders.
Maintain appropriate documentation associated with quality reviews, audits, and project activities.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in project management, quality assurance, quality management, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting large-scale capital projects, preferably projects valued at $100M or more.
Experience within industrial construction, renewable energy, power generation, or similar heavy industrial environments.
Strong background in vendor oversight, surveillance, inspections, or shop audits.
Demonstrated understanding of project quality assurance and compliance requirements.
Ability to provide leadership and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools.
