SAP Design Functional Lead (SAF)

Job Title: SAP Design Functional Lead (SAF) Location: Herndon, VA Type: Contract Compensation: $60/HR 1099 Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Hours: 40.0 hours per week Security Clearance: Be able to get an MBI

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional and data design for secure agency-level financial reporting.
• Define reporting requirements, organizational hierarchies, data-segregation rules, row-level security, reconciliation criteria, and acceptance measures while preserving the existing enterprise reporting baseline.

Requirements

• 5+ years in reporting, analytics, data security, or functional data design.
• Experience defining row-level security, role-based access, and organizational data segregation.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with cloud data and BI/reporting platforms.
• Experience performing source-to-report reconciliation and defining test cases.
• Ability to translate business reporting needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Snowflake and federal financial data experience preferred.
