Experience writing SQL queries to validate data accuracy, integrity, transformations, interfaces, and business transactions.
Experience with regression testing, defect management, and Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
Strong analytical troubleshooting, proactive problem solving, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, leadership, mentoring, and customer focus.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong knowledge of insurance business rules, workflows, integrations, and regulatory expectations.
Experience testing policy lifecycle, coverage, billing, payments, claims, underwriting, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, communications, and regulatory requirements.
Experience testing iOS and Android functionality, usability, performance, and cross-device/browser compatibility
Experience with mabl, BrowserStack, Postman, Bruno, Jira, or PractiTest.

What Success Looks Like
