  • Experience writing SQL queries to validate data accuracy, integrity, transformations, interfaces, and business transactions.
  • Experience with regression testing, defect management, and Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting, proactive problem solving, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, leadership, mentoring, and customer focus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Insurance application testing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance business rules, workflows, integrations, and regulatory expectations.
  • Experience testing policy lifecycle, coverage, billing, payments, claims, underwriting, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, communications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience testing iOS and Android functionality, usability, performance, and cross-device/browser compatibility
  • Experience with mabl, BrowserStack, Postman, Bruno, Jira, or PractiTest.
