Maintenance Supervisor

**Maintenance Supervisor (Facilities) – Direct Hire (Onsite | Wheatland, PA)**

We’re hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day plant/facilities maintenance and keep building systems and equipment operating safely and reliably.

**What you’ll do**

• Plan/schedule preventive & corrective maintenance; manage work orders and maintenance logs
• Lead and support maintenance technicians; help train and coach the team
• Troubleshoot/repair facility and equipment systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, hydraulic)
• Coordinate contractors for larger repairs/renovations; review quotes and track timelines/costs
• Maintain spare parts/materials inventory and support shutdown planning to minimize downtime
• Enforce safety standards and compliance (OSHA/LOTO); promote safe work practices

**What we’re looking for**

• 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience - Strong knowledge of facility/building systems and production equipment

-Solid communication skills and basic computer proficiency

-Safety/OSHA knowledge; ability to work with shop/office teams professionally.
