Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Direct Hire Pay: $90,000+ Base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance Year 1 OTE: $175K+ | Top Performers: $300K–$400K+ Relocation Assistance: Available
About the Role
We're looking for an HVAC Project Sales Representative to grow an established portfolio of commercial clients by identifying retrofit, replacement, and system upgrade opportunities. This is a consultative sales role with exceptional earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial customer relationships
- Identify and develop HVAC project opportunities
- Present solutions and prepare proposals
- Partner with internal teams to deliver projects
- Grow existing accounts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years in commercial HVAC or a related industry
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC equipment and systems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Background: Commercial HVAC sales, mechanical engineering with sales experience, or former commercial HVAC technician transitioning into sales.
