Electrical Coordinator

Job Title: Electrical Coordinator Location: Jamaica, NY Type: 6 month Contract Per Diem Mob/demob

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical contractor make sure that they are doing the work as per specified drawings
• 2nd all electrical LOTO requests as needed for both the mechanical contractor as well as the plant
• Maintain electrical daily reports
• Coordinate electrical contractor equipment deliveries
• Oversee electrical trades onsite regarding all safety standards
• Monitor all electrical installations ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Track electrical documentation/reports from the vendors/contractors
• Act as the liaison between plant operations and the electrical contractors and sub contractors
• Keep plant management aware of all electrical concerns, issues, and happenings

Requirements

• OSHA 30 required
• SST Supervisor
• Minimum high school diploma, GED, etc.
• General computer knowledge as there are daily reports that need to be completed
• Can do/Proactive attitude towards situations and issues
