Calypso Business Systems Analyst

Job Title: Calypso Business Systems Analyst Location: Birmingham, AL, Columbia, SC, Knoxville, TN or Lafayette, LA Type: Direct Hire Work Model: Onsite Hours: five days a week

Overview: This position is required in one of the following locations: Birmingham, AL, Columbia, SC, Knoxville, TN or Lafayette, LA

Responsibilities

You'll investigate issues across Calypso and connected systems, validate transactions and reconciliations, and coordinate incident resolution with business, technology, support, and vendor teams. You'll also support application releases and maintain configuration procedures and troubleshooting documentation.?

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands on Calypso experience, including production configuration
• Calypso configuration covering static data, contracts, processing rules, and messages
• Calypso collateral or margin management and related business rules
• End to end troubleshooting across applications and integration
• Production support, incident management, and root cause analysis
• Financial or transaction reconciliation, data validation, and working knowledge of SQL
• Application change and release support, including post release validation
• Clear communication and collaboration across business, technology, and vendor teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or a related field
