Position Title: Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Engineer Location: PA - Pittsburgh, OH - Strongsville, AL - Birmingham, TX - Dallas, AZ - Phoenix

Work Status : 5 Days Onsite Duration : Contract to Hire Years Of Experience Required : 8 + Years

INITIATIVES/PROJECTS:

• Migrating Adobe Analytics to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
• Migrate/rebuild Adobe Analytics workspaces, segments and alerts to Customer Journey Analytics
• Hands-on experience configuring CJA connections, data views, components, metrics, segments, filters

INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: Digital Analytics

TEAM DYNAMIC: Analytics team covering all digital environments: PNC.com, mobile app, online banking, online applications

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support migration from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics
• Configure component naming, persistence and attribution
• Develop derived fields, calculated metrics and segments
• Recreate classification lookups, classification rules, marketing channel rules
• Migrate/rebuild Adobe Analytics workspaces, segments and alerts to Customer Journey Analytics
• Develop suitable replacement for Adobe Analytics Data Warehouse projects
• Hands-on experience configuring CJA connections, data views, components, metrics, segments, filters

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Expert experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is required
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (schemas, datastreams, datasets, connections, data views)
• Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills

FLEX SKILLS:

• Data analysis
• Experience with Target Reporting in Customer Journey Analytics and joining to profile datasets is preferred

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
