Admix Operator

Job Title: Admix Operator

Location: Sealy, TX

Type: Contract To Hire

Compensation: $19 / hr.

Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety, security, and environmental policies.
• Execute production processes while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Perform batch making, packaging, product setups, and changeovers.
• Complete in-process quality testing and document results.
• Maintain accurate SAP order confirmations and production records.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and operating properly before production.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and assist with preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Meet daily production schedules and output goals.
• Train and assist new or temporary employees as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Chemical batch production experience preferred.
• Prior military experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong math skills, including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to learn and perform quality/lab testing procedures.
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance.
• Flexible to work overtime and other shifts as needed.
• Ability to operate a forklift and other equipment after training.
