Service Solutions Coordinator
The opportunity
As a Service Solutions Coordinator at Syserco, you will turn customer requests and technician recommendations into service solutions.
You will manage time-and-materials (T&M), parts, and repair quotations from creation through approval, helping drive customer satisfaction and service revenue. Your work will also include customer follow-up, available funding and purchase order tracking, billing, and collections support.
What you’ll do
Own service quotes from start to approval. Prepare accurate labor, material, T&M, parts, repair, and small-project quotations. Review completed service visits, interpret technician findings, and identify, scope, and propose additional service work, repairs, and upgrades.
Build relationships and move work forward. Take ownership of service customer satisfaction. Explain service recommendations, follow up on open quotes, secure customer approvals, and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Keep funding, purchase orders, and billing on track. Manage customer funding and track open purchase orders and utilization so required services can move forward. Coordinate billing and collections support, working with customers and Accounting to meet accounting requirements.
Connect the team and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with the customer service center, technicians, project teams, Sales, and Accounting. Use service tools throughout the opportunity lifecycle and maintain accurate quotes, customer information, and revenue records.
What success looks like
You will define, track, administer, and report on key performance indicators that support service growth. Success will be measured by achievement of targets across:
Quotes and opportunities: Quote activity, conversion rates, open opportunities, quote turnaround time, and open quote aging.
Service revenue: Booked service revenue and backlog.
Funding and collections: Purchase order tracking and utilization, invoice aging, and collections support effectiveness.
