This role will also serve as a full-cycle Project Manager, ensuring process discipline, cross-team coordination, and timely delivery.

You will be a builder and a doer, tasked with growing and mentoring a small, high-performance team and orchestrating development across hardware and software functions.

Team Development & Coordination

· Hire and lead a small, cross-disciplinary team (in-house and external)

· Coordinate across functional areas including software, hardware, QA, and mobile/cloud development

· Provide mentorship and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

Quality & Compliance

· Implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820)

· Drive traceability between requirements and test plans

· Support product validation, deployment, and post-launch issue resolution

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience & Technical Background

· 10+ years in software/firmware development with at least 3 years in a project or team leadership role
