If you've got 3-5 years turning wrenches on residential HVAC systems and you can also look a homeowner in the eye and earn the sale - not push it, earn it - we want to talk.

What you'll be doing:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems with speed and precision
• Walking customers through what's wrong, what it costs, and why - in plain English, no jargon-dumping
• Presenting repair and replacement options with the kind of honesty that turns a one-time call into a customer for life
• Representing SwiftPro's name on every doorstep - clean work, clean truck, clean reputation

What we're looking for:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 certification
• The rare combo of strong technical chops and strong people skills - you can fix the system and close the sale
• A self-starter who takes ownership of the job from arrival to final handshake
• A clean driving record and the grit to do this work right, every time
