The paraprofessional supports students with a variety of learning needs in both general education and special education classrooms. The hours for this .5 position will be 11:00 am-2:30 pm (negotiable) Monday through Friday.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
EDUCATION: Associate's degree OR successful completion of Parapro test OR National Work Keys Certification
EXPERIENCE: Prior experience working with elementary aged students / Experienced with technology
OTHER: Ability to work as a member of a team

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in education or related field
EXPERIENCE: Prior experience providing accommodations and assisting with modifying assignments. Prior experience working with students with disabilities and supporting IEP Implementations and supporting students working towards meeting IEP goals.
OTHER: CPR / first aid certified
