Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping seniors? Swan Falls Assisted Living is looking for a caring and dedicated Full-Time Medication Technician (Med Tech) to join our team! We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing quality resident care, enjoys working with seniors, and wants to make a positive difference in the lives of others. ?? Sign-On Bonus: \$1,000 Our new full-time Med Tech will receive a \$1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in installments at 30, 60, and 180 days of employment, according to the sign-on bonus agreement. Job Responsibilities - Administer medications according to physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations. - Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the appropriate nurse or supervisor. - Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed. - Maintain accurate medication administration records and resident documentation. - Observe and report changes in residents physical and emotional well-being. - Follow medication safety procedures and infection-control guidelines. - Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized care. - Communicate effectively with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare professionals. - Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. Qualifications - Medication Technician certification or applicable qualifications as required by state regulations. - Experience in assisted living, senior care, or medication administration preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude. - Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively. - Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.
