Warehouse Janitor

Warehouse Janitor Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–3:30 PM | Fridays as needed (mandatory when scheduled)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in warehouse janitorial services or a related cleaning role, understands proper cleaning and safety procedures, and can operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout warehouse work areas, floors, and common spaces.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms and other designated facilities.
• Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash, debris, and other waste materials.
• Follow established safety protocols and proper biohazard cleaning procedures.
• Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Use cleaning products and supplies according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Identify and address cleaning needs to maintain a sanitary and professional work environment.
• Follow company policies, workplace safety standards, and cleaning schedules.
• Perform additional janitorial and sanitation duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in warehouse janitorial services, commercial cleaning, or a related field.
• Language: English proficiency required to understand safety instructions, cleaning procedures, and workplace communication.
• Cleaning Equipment: Experience operating heavy-duty or industrial cleaning equipment is preferred.
• Safety Knowledge: Understanding of proper sanitation, chemical handling, and biohazard cleaning procedures.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and follow established procedures.
• Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform hands-on cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and handling cleaning equipment throughout the shift.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Fridays: Mandatory as needed, based on operational requirements.
