Production Associate

Production Associate – 3rd Shift Location: Lancaster, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM–7:00 AM Position Overview We are seeking dependable Production Associates to support daily manufacturing operations in Lancaster, OH. This role involves handling products, inspecting items for quality, and ensuring materials move smoothly through the assembly line.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and pack products as needed.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Monitor items as they move through the assembly line.
• Load and unload products from assembly lines.
• Ensure products are properly positioned and moving through production correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
