Shifts:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM Position Overview We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals for an entry-level Machine Operator/Assembly position in Frazeysburg, OH. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing, as no previous manufacturing experience is required and training is provided. In this role, you will load and unload parts from production machines, assist with basic assembly tasks, and help maintain quality and production standards in a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts from production machines
• Monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation
• Perform basic assembly and general production tasks
• Inspect parts for quality, defects, and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines, work instructions, and production procedures
• Meet daily production and quality expectations

Qualifications / Requirements

• No prior manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training provided
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Ability to work the assigned shift
