General Laborer – 2nd Shift Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, can follow instructions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to daily production and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and manual material handling tasks.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed.
• Assist with production, packaging, sorting, and assembly tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
• Meet daily production goals and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
