Extrusion Operator

Extrusion Operator Pay: Starting at $19+/hour Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Shifts: Days and Nights Available Position Overview We are seeking dependable Extrusion Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor extrusion equipment used to produce plastic film products while maintaining production efficiency and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery during production.
• Load raw materials and assist with machine setup.
• Monitor product quality, thickness, and dimensions.
• Remove, handle, and package finished rolls of plastic film.
• Identify and report equipment or production issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and production procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs as needed.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Basic math, measurement, and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
