Automotive Assembly Associate – Entry Level Location: Greencastle, IN Pay: $13.50 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday Overtime: Available based on business needs Job Summary Looking for a full-time manufacturing job with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule? We are hiring Automotive Assembly Associates in Greencastle, IN! This is a great opportunity to get started in the automotive manufacturing industry. Pay starts at $13.50 per hour, with overtime opportunities available based on production needs. Available Shifts

1st Shift:

• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift:

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

3rd Shift:

• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

All schedules are Monday–Friday, with overtime available based on business needs. Job Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions.
• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production goals and quality expectations.
• Work with team members to keep production running efficiently.

Qualifications

• No previous manufacturing experience required; training is provided.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
