Experienced Copier Technician

Seeking an experienced Copier Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of copier and multifunction printer equipment. Your expertise will ensure seamless operation for clients by delivering prompt, professional, and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site repairs and maintenance of copiers, printers, and related equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot software issues, hardware malfunctions, and network connectivity problems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Utilize hand tools and specialized OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts to conduct equipment repairs accurately.
• Interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals to identify root causes of issues efficiently.

Experience

• 1+ year experience as a service technician specializing in copier and printer equipment repair. Pay DOE.
• Strong background in computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting related to multifunction devices.
• Familiarity with mechanical components of office equipment and the use of hand tools for repairs.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Prior experience with IT systems integration or networked office devices is highly desirable but not required.
