Production Supervisor

Super Radiator Coils strives to improve our world by unleashing the power of thermodynamics. The Shop Supervisor will help us achieve that purpose by ensuring that we are leaders and best in the heat transfer industry while caring for our workforce, communities, and environment.

The Shop Supervisor is a mid-level leadership position, reporting directly to the Area Manager, with responsibility to lead and direct personnel in selected manufacturing areas. The position supervises the day-to-day production activities with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, delivery, training, production reporting, personnel, and continuous improvement. The role requires experience with team building and leadership development and it requires one to demonstrate Super Radiator Coils’ core values (Relationships, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, Problem Solving).

Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Able to sit for extended periods of time working on computer

· Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.

· Must have physical capabilities commensurate with the job’s requirements.

· Must have a high safety awareness of self, others, and surrounding environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· Five years of manufacturing experience preferred

· 2-3 years of leadership experience preferred

· Proven ability to implement sustainable change

· Basic computer skills

· Ability to lead a team to collectively create actionable solutions

· Willing to attend, prepare, and participate in New Leader Training – the SRC Way classes

· Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
