Janitorial

Job Summary

The Janitorial staff is responsible for keeping maintain a clean environment throughout the facility in all areas within the shop and office. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean environment at offsite warehouse locations.

Essential Functions

• Dust
• Vacuum
• Clean windows
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and order as needed.
• Ensure restrooms are always stocked.
• Operate the floor scrubber in the main isle ways of the factory floor.
• Regular cleaning of refrigerators
• Regular checks to ensure a clean facility.
• Ability to take on other duties or assist in other departments as department needs change.
• Clean area to 5S standards

Requirements

Required Skills

• Able to safely lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
• Able to stand for long periods & stoop/bend frequently.
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work individually with minimal supervision.
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Able to follow directions of supervisor or lead.
• Open to constructive criticism
• Possessing a positive attitude in the face of challenges
