Position Summary SunStrong Management delivers technical asset management and operations for a renewable portfolio spanning solar, battery energy storage, wind, and EV infrastructure. Portfolio Management is the owner’s representative in operations: it owns asset performance, holds Field Service Partners to their contracts, and turns production data into decisions. The Operations Manager is accountable for outcomes - not activity - across a portfolio of renewable energy assets. This role owns performance, reliability, and financial results by leading Portfolio Managers and enforcing execution across Field Service Providers (FSPs). Success in this role is measured by measurable improvement in PI, availability, response times, and financial returns - not reports, meetings, or effort. If the portfolio underperforms, this role owns the recovery plan and the result.

Own the performance of all direct reports (Portfolio Manager I, II, III, and Coordinators).
