Support and maintain workloads within the organization’s Azure infrastructure, including Azure AD / Entra ID, Azure VMs, VNets, routing, and hybrid identity.
Troubleshoot connectivity and integration between Azure and on-prem systems.

Backup, Continuity & Security

Manage and monitor backup and recovery operations to ensure data protection and availability.
Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and ongoing improvements.
Implement infrastructure security best practices across on-prem and cloud environments.
Support privileged access, credentials, and identity-related security controls.

Project Leadership & Vendor Coordination

Lead infrastructure projects from planning through completion, including timelines, communication, technical execution, and vendor coordination.
Work with construction teams, contractors, and external partners during expansions, remodels, and new site builds.
Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations aligned to operational needs.

Documentation, Standards & Support

Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, diagrams, processes, and procedures using IT Glue.
Follow established change management, operational, and security processes.
Participate in the on-call rotation to support 24/7 operations and escalated issues.

Education/Preferred Qualifications:

Required

3–5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, network engineering, or a similar role.
Strong technical competency in: Routing, switching, VLANs, wireless, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Troubleshooting hybrid on-prem and cloud environments
Experience supporting Azure-based infrastructure (VMs, VNets, identity, storage).

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a collaborative, humble approach.
A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and take initiative.
