ABOUT SUNO
We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfillment of making music. Music is for everyone: Our users include everyone from grandmothers creating songs for their loved ones, to Grammy winners using Suno Studio, our power tool, to make the most popular hits in the world.
Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, it’s incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.
Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, Quiet, Matrix Partners, Schroders Capital and, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).
About the Role
As Suno grows its teams and real estate footprint across Cambridge, New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, the company is looking for a senior lead to own all workplace experience initiatives that make our offices feel unmistakably Suno, while helping us efficiently scale. You're the one who notices what's not landing, figures out why, and fixes it before anyone has to ask.
Our Senior Manager, Workplace Experience sits at the center of a lot of moving parts: you'll build and iterate on in-office operations and programming, stand up systems that let workplace experience scale across four sites while keeping our human, music-centered touch, plan and run the operational and financial aspects of major office-based events and company offsites, and act as the cross-functional partner between Workplace and IT, Security, Finance, Communications, Music, Brand, and Executive Assistants, to name but a few.
This is a builder's role for someone who is equally comfortable running the operations of a 300-person offsite and sitting in a room helping shape what Suno's culture should feel like as the company doubles in size. You'll report to the VP of People and partner closely with her as a strategic thought partner, not just an executor.
What You’ll Do
- Own the workplace experience strategy, roadmap and budget across all four offices: forecast spend, track it against plan, negotiate with vendors, and make sure every dollar goes toward experiences people actually value.
- Manage our office managers and coordinators in Cambridge, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles as they design and run in-office programming, share playbooks, vendors, and what’s working so every office feels genuinely Suno.
- Lead operations for office events, company offsites or celebrations, and any recruiting events, from budgets, to venue hire, to run-of-show and day-of execution, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Keep the Workplace team’s roadmap on track by chasing down commitments and dependencies, setting up workplace operations ahead of new office openings, and flagging risks before they become last-minute fires.
- Partner with Physical Security to ensure that all offices are operating according to required codes and protocols, ensuring employee health and safety is a top priority.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 8–10 years in workplace operations and experience, including owning a multi-site program.
- 3–5 years managing people, including hiring, onboarding, and developing a team spread across multiple locations.
- Experience owning a large workplace budget end to end: forecasting, tracking spend against plan, and making tradeoffs on where money goes.
- A track record of planning and running large events and offsites (hundreds of attendees), from budget and venue to run-of-show and day-of execution.
- Experience sourcing and negotiating with vendors and managing those relationships over time.
- Strong cross-functional influence, comfortable working with executives and partners like IT, Security, Finance, and Brand, and shaping strategy rather than only executing it.
- Strong project management: you keep a roadmap moving, follow up on dependencies, and raise risks early.
- Hands-on use of AI tools to speed up workflows like vendor research, event planning, budget tracking, or creating playbooks.
- A hospitality mindset, with a habit of noticing what isn’t working for people and fixing it before anyone asks.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience at a high-growth tech company, ideally during a period of rapid headcount growth.
