Overview

Crusher Laborer Suncore is hiring a dependable Crusher Laborer to support construction operations, prepare work areas, and assist equipment operators. Join our team for steady work, great benefits, and opportunities to grow! Things You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare construction sites, removing potential hazards.
• Direct traffic safely around work zones.
• Measure, mark, and record distances and openings to prepare work areas.
• Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and level and compact soil to grade specifications using hand tools and equipment.
• Signal equipment operators to help guide the movement and positioning of machinery, equipment, and materials.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to bend, sit for extended periods, and work in hot conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
