Heavy Equipment Operator Join the Suncore Construction & Materials team! We’re looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator who takes pride in safe, efficient work and is ready to be part of a strong team. What You’ll Do

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, including trackhoes, backhoes, graders, loaders, skid steers, crushing equipment, and dozers
• Excavate trenches, load trucks, and grade pads and floors
• Read and understand plans, instructions, and specifications
• Measure, mark, and record openings and distances to lay out work areas
• Teach and direct laborers as needed
• Grease, oil, and perform minor equipment repairs using hand tools and other basic equipment
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

What You’ll Need

• Must be 18 years or older
• At least 1 year of experience operating a loader, dozer, or trackhoe
• Ability to read plans and grade stakes
• Ability to bend, sit for extended periods, and work in outdoor conditions, including heat
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
• Strong attention to safety
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
